|Week 7 screenings

I'm so sorry that this is so late. I'll never leave sending the updates this late again. I've just been waiting to find out what we'll be screening this week instead of 'Hataraki Man' (which, for those of you who were not present, was the only series voted out last week). As I still do not know what we're showing, I am going to bring a couple of DVDs of series's that we have not shown at all in the last two years to the screening and leave the choice up to you. The selection will certainly include 'Cowboy Bebop' and 'Mushi-Shi' - as only is highly regarded and the other is very good, but few people have seen it - but I'll see if I can find anything else as well.
Just so as you all know, screenings will have to move a lot faster now as we've had a complain about us being in the room over our alotted time. We have to have the room totally tidy and emptied by 11pm, and so we'll probably have to make the break shorter, not hang around so long at the start of the screenings and tidy away really fast at the end. I'd really appreciate it if more people helped us tidy away too, as if we get another complaint like this it is entirely possible that the society will be banned from meeting on campus.
Despite the fact that it is reading week, screenings will run as normal this week. Please note, as there still has been some confusion about this, that our Thursday screenings will be at 8pm at least until the end of the semester. This means we meet in the blue bar at 7pm for these screenings.
Anyway, here's what we're screening in week 7:
Tuesday 6th October - 8pm, Union House 1.33
School Rumble - episode 6
Paranoia Agent - episode 6
~Mystery Anime~ - episode 1
Noein - episode 6
Scrapped Princess - episode 6
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - episode 6
xxxHoLiC - episode 6
Thursday 8th November - 8pm, Union House 1.33
Mahoraba: Heartful Days - episodes 13 + 14
We tend to congregate in the blue half of the Union Bar about an hour before each screening (7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays) for a drink and a chat. If you'd like to join us, we'd be very pleased to see you!
