Sorry for the lateness of this email. I've been away all weekend and only just gotten around to writing it.

Firstly, thank-you to all of you who signed up at SocMart 2. We were happy to recieve a lot of interest this year and hope to see you at some of our events over the next few weeks. If you did not pay your £3 subs at SocMart, please be sure to hand it over to our Treasurer, Rupert, at the first event that you attend.

On behalf of you all, here are some important links regarding the Society. Please be aware that our old forum is dead, and so please be sure to sign up to this brand new one if you haven't already:

This week, we are happy to also be holding a video games social. The time and location of this is listed below. Please feel free to bring any hand-held consoles or laptops with you to this event. We will be providing, at the very list, a Nintendo Wii and PS2 for people to play on.

Here's what we're doing in week 2:

Tuesday 22nd January - 7pm, Union House 1.33

School Rumble - episode 13
Kino's Journey - episode 2
Kamichu - episode 8
Noein - episode 12
Scrapped Princess - episode 13
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - episode 12
xxxHoLiC - episode 12

Wednesday 23rd January - 2pm, Union House 0.11

Video Games Social!

Thursday 24th January - 7pm, Union House 1.33

Oh! Edo Rocket - episodes 3 + 4

We tend to congregate in the blue half of the Union Bar about an hour
before each screening (6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays) for a drink and
a chat. If you'd like to join us, we'd be very pleased to see you!
